摘　　要：目的研究MMP-9及Ki-67mRNA表达水平与颅底脑膜瘤侵袭性的关系。方法根据术前影像及术中情况将22例颅底脑膜瘤分为2组:侵袭组(肿瘤具有侵袭性,11例)和非侵袭组(肿瘤无侵袭性,11例)。通过实时荧光定量PCR检测MMP-9及Ki-67mRNA的表达水平,并采用免疫组化法验证其蛋白表达。结果非侵袭组MMP-9mRNA表达的相对值为0.12±0.07,侵袭组为1.88±0.77,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非侵袭组Ki-67mRNA表达的相对值为0.07±0.02,侵袭组为0.23±0.18,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。直线回归分析显示:MMP-9mRNA与Ki-67mRNA表达不具有相关性。结论颅底脑膜瘤的侵袭性与MMP-9mRNA表达水平相关,与Ki-67mRNA表达水平无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between MMP-9 mRNA, K i-67 mRNA and the invasiveness of skull-base meningioma. Methods Twenty two patients with skull-base meningioma were randomly divided into two groups according to the preoperative imaging data and intraoperative observation： invasive group （tumor with invasiveness, 11 eases） and noninvasive group （tumor without invasiveness, 11 cases）. The expression levels of MMP-9 and Ki-67 mRNA were detected by real time quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry was used to verify the protein expression. Results The expression levels of MMP-9 mRNA in noninvasive group and invasive group were 0.12±0.07 and 1.88±0.77 respectively, significant differences were found between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The expression level of Ki-67 mRNA in noninvasive group and invasive group were 0.07±0.02 and 0.23±0.18 respectively, no statistical significance was found between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The expression level showed no significant correlation between MMP-9 and Ki-67 mRNA by linear regression analysis. Conclusions The invasiveness of skull base meningioma is of a positive correlation with MMP-9 mRNA expression, and no correlation with Ki-67 mRNA expression.
