摘 要:目的:研究替硝唑液作为根管冲洗剂的抗菌效果。方法:将100例单根管慢性根尖周炎患牙随机分为4组(各25例):常规冲洗组(过氧化氢联合氯亚明)、氯己定组、替硝唑组,氯己定联合替硝唑组。用常规法预备根管和针筒式冲洗,各组均分别于根管预备前和根管预备冲洗后取样,在50mL/LCO2、37℃条件下培养48h,记菌落数。结果:根管经预备、冲洗后,各组菌落数较预备前均显著减少(P<0.05)。根管预备、冲洗前后各组菌落数差值相比,常规冲洗组差值最小,与其他各组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05);其次为氯己定组;氯己定联合替硝唑组差值最大,但与单纯替硝唑组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:替硝唑液对感染根管内厌氧菌有较强杀灭作用,抗菌效果优于氯己定。AIM:To investigate the antimicrobial effects of Tinidazole as root canal irrigant.METHODS:100 single-rooted teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into four groups,with 25 teeth in each group.The root canals were irrigated with hydrogen peroxide(HP) with tosylchloramide sodium(TS)(HP+TS),chlorhexindine(CH),tinidazole(TD),chlorhexindine with tinidazole(CH+TD),respectively.Before and after root canal irrigation,a paper point was placed in the lower 1/3 of root canal for 1 min to collect microbial sample.Immediately after sample collection,the paper points were placed on sodium thioglycollate solution and subsequently plated on blood agar plates and incubated in an anaerobic chamber for 48 h.Colony forming units(CFU) were counted and compared by ANOVA with post hoc Turkey tests.RESULTS:After root canal irrigation,CFU in all the 4 groups was significantly reduced(P〈0.05).The sequential CFU number reduction was HP+TS〈CH〈TD〈CH+TD.The CFU in HP+TS group was significantly lower than the other 3 groups(P〈0.05).However,no significant difference was found between the TD and the CH+TD group(P〉0.05).CONCLUSION:Our results suggest that tinidazoli has stronger bacterialcidal effects and is a better candidate than chlorhexindine for root canal irrigation.
