摘 要:目的:研究铸造钛铌锆锡合金(Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn)在不同模拟人工体液环境中的离子溶出情况。方法:采用常规失蜡铸造法分别制作钛铌锆锡合金(实验组)和纯钛试件(对照组)各20个,每组试件再随机分成4组,分别浸泡于人工唾液、10g/L乳酸液、中性含氟液和酸性含氟液中7d,测定浸泡液中溶出的金属离子浓度并观察试件表面形貌的改变。结果:①在相同浸泡液中钛铌锆锡合金的离子溶出总量小于纯钛,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);②对于同种材料而言,酸性含氟液中离子溶出量最高,其次为中性含氟液,再次为乳酸液,在人工唾液中的离子溶出量最低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);③电镜下,在同种浸泡液中钛铌锆锡合金较纯钛表现出更好的耐静态浸泡腐蚀的迹象;④酸性含氟液腐蚀后钛铌锆锡合金表面的腐蚀产物主要为:Na3TiF6、Na2NbF6、Na2ZrF6、Na2SnF6;纯钛表面的腐蚀产物主要为:Na3TiF6、Na2TiF6和Na3TiOF5。结论:铸造钛铌锆锡合金具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,能够满足口腔修复体的耐腐蚀性能要求。AIM:To evaluate the elements release of casted Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn alloy in different simulated body fluids.METHODS:Twenty specimens of casting Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn alloy were allocated into four groups and immersed in artificial saliva,lactic acid solution,neutral fluoride solution and acidic fluoride solution for 7 days respectively.Casting pure titanium was used as control.The element release was measured by ICP-MS,and the changes of metal surface were observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).RESULTS:①The total element release from casting Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn alloy was lower than that of casting pure titanium in the same kind of simulated body fluids.②The element release in acidic fluoride solution was the highest,followed by neutral fluoride solution,lactic acid solution,and artificial saliva in order of lesser degree.③ SEM showed that the casting Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn alloy had a better signs of corrosion resistance in comparison to the casting pure titanium in the same kind of simulated body fluids.④7 days after immersion in acidic fluoride solution,the main corrosion products on Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn alloy were Na_3TiF_6,Na_2NbF_6,Na_2ZrF_6 and Na_2SnF_6,while the main corrosion products on pure titanium were Na_3TiF_6,Na_2TiF_6 and Na_3TiOF_5.CONCLUSION:Casting Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn alloy has a good corrosion resistance,and could be met the request of dental materia1.
