摘 要:为提高测齿精度,分析了检齿心轴顶尖孔偏心对齿坯基准面和齿圈径跳测量的影响,通过精密测量拟合出检齿心轴两端的径跳曲线,从而获得偏心量的大小和方向,由此导出齿坯基准面偏摆和齿圈径跳测量的误差补偿表达式。最后通过实例测量详细阐述了检齿心轴偏心误差的分离方法与补偿方法。检齿心轴的误差补偿提高了测齿的精确度,为加工和测量1级(ISO1328:1997)精度超精密齿轮做好铺垫。In order to improve the measuring accuracy of gear-measuring mandrel, the effect of eccentricity of gear-measuring mandrel on end swing of gear blank and radial jump of gear ring were analyzed. The radial jump curves were fitted by precision measurement, the amplitude and phase of eccentricity were obtained, and then the error compensation expressions of end swing of gear blank and radial jump of gear ring were derived. Finally, the error separation method and compensation method were discussed in detail by an example measurement on gear-measuring mandrel. The error separation and compensation of gear-measuring mandrel improve the measuring accuracy and pave the way to machine precision gear with class I(ISO 1328:1997).
