摘　　要：以Petri网为建模工具,针对木材柔性加工系统(Wood Flexible Manufacturing System,WFMS)中的离散事件建立赋时着色Petri网(Timed Colored Petri-net,TCPN)模型.该模型不仅可以反映木材柔性加工系统中待加工产品的工艺加工路线,对系统的特性进行描述,还能够根据生产任务的变化进行快速重构.应用软件对该模型进行仿真,结果表明该模型是有效的.根据仿真结果,对系统进行简单的优化调度,提高了机床的利用率.An Timed Colored Petri-net （TCP-net） model is established according to some discrete events of the Wood Flexile Manufacturing System （WFMS） using Petri-net. The model is available to show the machining process routes of the jobs to be processed on a flexible system, and describe the system characteristics, while the process route can be restructured rapidly according to the variation of the working order. By simulation tests, the model of the WFMS proves to be effective without self-locking and easy adjustment with an impvoved machines utilization ratio.
