新加坡南洋理工学院创新教育的特点与启示

摘　　要：主要阐述了创新能力的含义。通过分析与比较新加坡南洋理工学院对学生创新能力的培养,可发现我国高职教育的特点,就是学生的基础知识扎实、丰富,而动手实践能力不强,创新能力不足。因此,我国高职院校如何培养学生的创新能力就成为重要研究课题之一。同时,提出了培养创新能力的措施,如更新观念、改善环境、改进方法等。This paper mainly discusses the meaning of innovative capability. Through the analysis of comparing with the cultivation of innovative capability in Nanyang Polytechnic College,it finds the characteristics of our country＇s higher vocational education,which are that students＇ basic knowledge is solid and rich,but the performing practical ability is not strong,and innovative ability is insufficient. Therefore,cultivating students＇ innovative capability in our country＇s higher vocational colleges becomes one of important research issues. In the meanwhile,it puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating innovative capability,such as updating concept,improving environment and methods.
