摘　　要：目的:了解社区乳腺癌筛查情况及乳腺癌筛查的知识、态度、行为。方法:通过随机整群抽样,抽取某社区妇女为研究对象。应用自行设计的社区人群乳腺癌防治知、信、行调查表对研究对象进行调查。结果:此社区妇女近3年乳腺癌筛查率为32.9%,其中进行规范筛查率分别为乳房自检(2.2%)、临床触诊(4.9%)、X线或B超检查(5.2%),不同年龄段、户籍类型的筛查率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。筛查组女性有关乳腺癌的早期症状、高危因素及筛查方法等知识知晓率得分(12.75±3.68)高于未筛查组得分(11.96±3.94)。越高文化程度、越低年龄段、越职场化职业的妇女知识得分越高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。90%以上的受调查者认为有必要在社区开展健康教育,使其得到乳腺癌防治的相关知识。结论:社区乳腺癌筛查率较低,对社区开展乳腺癌防治知识的宣教及定期筛查有着巨大的社会需求。Objective： To study the relative influencing factors of breast cancer in the community of Shenzhen and to investigate women＇s information, attitude and behavior of breast cancer. Methods： Random cluster sampling was used. Women in certain community were selected as objects. Using a self - designed KAP questionnaire to investigate their information, attitude and behavior of breast cancer. Results： In this community, the screening rate for breast cancer was 32. 9% in the recent three years. 2. 2% of the subjects had done breast self-examination, 4. 9% had clinical breast examination, 5.2% had mammography or ultrasound examination. The screening rate was influenced by women＇s age bracket and household registration. The Significant differences were found （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Related to early symptoms of breast cancer, risk factors and screening methods of knowledge, the score of women in the screening group was （12.75 ± 3.68）, Which was higher than the non - screening group （ 11.96 ± 3.94） . Women with better education background, lower age and more professional job get higher score. Significant differences were found between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . More than 90% women who were investigated considered it necessary to evolve extensive propaganda and education of breast cancer preventing and screening. Conclusion： The screening rate of breast cancer in the community is rather low. It has a high demand for propaganda and education of breast cancer preventing and screening.
