摘　　要：基于中介服务机构在产业集群知识共享的催化剂作用,对三螺旋模型进行拓展,提出了由政府、企业、科研院所、中介服务机构四种力量交叉互动的"四螺旋"结构模型。这四种知识螺旋在产业集群知识共享中各自发挥不可或缺的作用。产业集群知识共享应加强四螺旋结构互动,主要包括运用政策杠杆激励创新、建立有效的人才培育与创新激励机制、强化企业知识共享主体地位、加快中介服务机构建设等。In view of the catalytic role of Intermediary Service Agency in Knowledge Sharing among Industrial Clusters, the Triple Helix Model is extended into a Four-helical Structural Model in which government, enterprise, Scientific Research Institution and Intermediary Service Agency form four interactive forces. These four knowledge helixes are indispensable to knowledge sharing among industrial clusters, which, in turn, are to reinforce the interactions of the four helixes, including using the lever of policy to activate innovation, establishing effective mechanisms of talent cultivation and innovation incentive, strengthening the subjective position of enterprises in knowledge sharing and accelerating the construction of intermediary service agency and so on.
