摘　　要：对我国科技型中小企业成长的影响因素进行的理论和实证分析表明,受制于现阶段我国科技进步的国情,作为我国科技创新主体的广大科技型中小企业的发展状况并不是很乐观。大部分科技型中小企业仍然处于传统产品的生产领域中,企业科技投入水平低,限制了企业的进一步成长。对科技人员和知识成果不够重视,仍然以传统的方式进行生产经营,企业未来的成长性因此受到很大限制。After the theoretical and empirical growth factor analysis of China＇ s technology-based small and medium enterprises （SME）, the results indicate that subject to the current conditions of China＇ s science and technology, the development of technology-based SMEs, which are the main body of China＇ s scientific and technological innovation, is not very optimistic. Most of them are still in the traditional production areas, with low level of enterprise technology investment, their further growth is restrained. They do not pay enough attention to the scientific and technical personnel and knowledge, and their production management is still in the traditional way, therefore the company＇ s future growth has been seriously restricted.
