摘　　要：为减少船舶通信设备购置和维护保养的支出,提出利用船舶已经安装的通信设备完成保安报警的设计方案.在系统分析《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》关于保安报警设备功能要求、船站内部指令的基础上,编制程序并开发电路板,利用TT-3020C终端实现保安报警功能.实船验证表明,该设计经济、可靠.To reduce equipment costs and save maintenance expenses,a ship security alert system was designed via communication equipments installed on ships.Based on 1974 SOLAS Convention about alarm equipment functional requirements and ship station internal instruction,the programs for security alerting was edited and circuit board was completed.Real ship tests show that the proposed system is economical and reliable.
