摘 要:研究了以石油醚提取的小桐子毛油和甲醇为原料,利用固定化Candidasp.99-125脂肪酶催化反应合成生物柴油的可行性。考察了几种因素对酶法催化合成脂肪酸甲酯的影响。结果表明以小桐子毛油的质量为基准,在水含量为10%,溶剂量为2mL/g,脂肪酶量为20%,温度为40℃的条件下,3次流加甲醇,12 h后单批最高产率可达93%。在此条件下固定化酶连续使用14批,产率仍然可保持在70%以上。The enzymatic production of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) from crude jatropha oil and methanol u- sing the immobilized lipase Candida sp. 99 - 125 has been studied. The crude oil was extracted by a simple method. The effect of varying water content, solvent content, enzyme amount, temperature and number of additions of methanol on the reaction were investigated. The optimal conditions for processing 1 g of crude jatropha oil were found to be: 10% water, 2 mL petroleum ether as solvent, 20% lipase based on the weight of oil, temperature 40 ℃ , and three-step addition of methanol. The maximum yield of FAMEs was 93% after 12h and after 14 cycles the yield of FAMEs was still above 70%.
