摘　　要：数据库技术、文语转换技术和CTI语音卡集成技术共同构建语音通知系统,利用通信终端的Dtmf编码实现语音卡与信息接收者之间交互。可根据不同的单位进行实际部署,提高管理水平及日常工作效率,实际应用效果良好。The technology of database,the technology of TTS and the CTI voice card integration technology constructs the Voice-dialing system together.Using Dtmf code of communication terminal realize interaction between the infomation receiver and the voice card.The system is suitable for the different unit,which can enhances the management and the work efficiency.The practical application effect is good.
