摘　　要：信息化是现代企业管理的重要手段,也是推动企业管理变革的重要动力。文章通过对"宇通"的剖析,说明了在现代市场竞争环境下,离散型制造企业不仅要积极推进信息化,更需要相应变革与优化管理过程、管理理念,才能使企业不断适应新的市场环境,获得持续快速发展。Informationization is the important way of modern enterprise management. It is also an important driving force of enterprise management reformation. The author of this paper has studied ＂YUTONG ＂ and found that the discrete type of factories not only need to actively promote informationization, but also need to optimize the management process and philosophy in the modern competitive market in order to adapt to the new market place, and to get rapid and continuous growth.
