摘 要:目的:探讨中肺合剂对放射性肺损伤大鼠血液中TGF-β1、IL-6及IL-1含量的影响。方法:90只Wistar大鼠随机取60只,建立大鼠放射性肺损伤模型:采用25Gy加速器射线单次全胸照射。模型建成后随机分为3组:正常组、模型组及中肺合剂组。中肺合剂组予中肺合剂进行治疗,8周后,腹主动脉取血,ELISA法检测血清中TGF-β1、IL-6、IL-1的含量。结果:与模型组比较,中肺合剂组大鼠的生存率并未得到提高(P=0.243),但血清中TGF-β1、IL-6明显降低(P<0.01),而IL-1则无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:中肺合剂可通过调节细胞因子的分泌,改善大鼠的生活质量,进而减轻放射性肺损伤的程度。Objective:To research the effect that the ZhongFeiHeJi to influence the level of TGF–β1、IL-6 and IL-1 in peripheral blood of rats with radioactive injury of lungs.Methods:The rats in ZhongFeiHeJi group were poured with ZhongFeiHeJi after 90 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group,the ZhongFeiHeJi group,and the rat model of radiation-induced pulmonary injury was copied by radiated with 6MV-X ray linear accelerator for 25Gy dose. After 8 weeks,the concentration of the cytokine such as TGF-β,IL-1,IL-6 in blood serum with the methods of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The survival rate of rats in the ZhongFeiHeJi group wasn't elevated than them in the model group,and the expressing level of TGF–β1 and IL-6 in the ZhongFeiHeJi group was lower than then in the model group(P0.01),but the ZhongFeiHeJi group without obvious effect on the level of IL-1 compare with the model group.Conclusion:ZhongfeiHeJi can improve the live quality of rats by to regulating excreting of cytokine,and have the preventive and therapeutic effect on the rats with radioactive injury of lungs.
