摘  要:目的:建立皮肤光老化动物模型以及积雪苷霜软膏对光老化防护作用的研究。方法:采取高剂量中波紫外线和长波紫外线短期联合照射的方法,建立皮肤光老化的实验动物模型。每天每次照紫外光后的间歇,在紫外线照射区域的皮肤上外涂积雪苷霜软膏。结果:与正常皮肤区域和外涂积雪苷区皮肤相比较,紫外线照射区皮肤的含水量和皮肤弹性均下降,黑色素指数增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);外涂积雪苷区,正常皮肤区域分别与紫外线照射区皮肤比较皮肤组织的羟脯氨酸含量,差异有显著性。结论:短期高强度的紫外线照射能够引起皮肤光老化的表现。积雪苷对紫外线照射所造成的光老化的损害的有修复和保护作用。Objectie:To establish the animal model of skin photoaging as well as to study protective effects asiaticoside.Methods:To take high doses of UVB and UVA irradiation a short-term joint approach,The establishment of skin photoaging of the experimental animal models. After each day according to the intermittent UV,ultraviolet radiation in the region treated with asiaticoside.Results:Compared with normal skin and the treated region of asiaticoside,compared to ultraviolet radiation and skin moisture content decreased skin elasticity,melanin index increased,there was a significant difference (P0.05); treated with asiaticoside zone,the region of normal skin,respectively,ultraviolet radiation and skin comparison of skin hydroxyproline content,there was a significant difference.Conclusions:Short-term high-intensity ultraviolet radiation can cause the performance of skin photoaging. asiaticoside have repair and protection which caused by exposure to ultraviolet light damage.
