Nd:YAG激光联合Vitapex糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨难治性根尖周炎的治疗方法。方法选择15例根尖周病久治不愈的患者,应用Nd:YAG激光联合Vi-tapex糊剂进行根管消毒封药,观察其临床疗效。结果经过Nd:YAG激光联合Vitapex糊剂治疗后,显效13例,有效2例,有效率100%。结论Nd:YAG激光联合Vitapex糊剂进行根管消毒封药是治疗难治性根尖周炎的一种有效方法。Objective To observe and explore the treatment of refractory apical periodontitis. Methods 15 refractory apical periodontitis patients were selected. The subjects received root canal sterilized by Nd：YAG laser combined with vitapex paste .the clinical treatment outcome were gathered. Result 13 cases achieved excellent improvement and 2 cases had clinical improvement, with the efficacy rate of 100%. Conclusion Nd：YAG laser combined with vitapex paste is an effective approach in treating refractory apical periodontitis.
