江苏省环境库兹涅茨曲线特征及其成因分析

摘　　要：江苏省"环保优先"的经济社会发展理念的提出,首次把生态建设和环境保护置于经济社会发展的优先位置。运用EKC理论模型,探讨江苏省环境污染同经济发展的变化关系,得出:江苏省工业废气排放量和固体废弃物产生量分别处于"倒U型"和"U型"EKC的上升阶段,工业废水排放量随经济发展缓慢增长,环境污染综合状况随经济增长而恶化。同时运用灰色关联分析法定量研究了这种变化规律的内在成因,结果表明:江苏省环境污染变化的主要影响因子包括产业结构、环保科技发展程度、国际贸易、环境保护政策以及城市发展。Jiangsu province put forward the new policy of ＇priority of environmental protection＇,which gave the priority to environmental protection during economic and social development.This paper firstly took the EKC model as a guide,explored the relationship between the environment and economic development in Jiangsu province,the conclusion was that：the industrial emissions and volume of solid waste in Jiangsu province were in the rising phase of the ＇inverted U-type＇ and ＇U-type＇ EKC,emissions of industrial wastewater were in a slow growth with the economic development,comprehensive environmental pollution situation were in the state of deterioration with the economic growth.Secondly,with the use of gray relative analysis method,this paper studied the internal causes of the relationship,results showed that：the main factors which impact of environmental changes in Jiangsu province included industrial structure,technological development of environmental protection,international trade,environmental protection policies,as well as the level of urbanization.
