医院承担麻醉本科专业理论教学的实践与体会

摘　　要：卫生部1989年12号文件确立麻醉学科为临床医学二级学科[1],国家三级综合性医院的麻醉事业发展迅猛,专业基础与临床研究获得丰硕成果,麻醉学科知识更新周期显著缩短。但是,在二级及二级以下医院麻醉科大多未能达到卫生部要求,其学科架构、麻醉人员、药物、设备相差悬殊,麻醉从业人员短缺。我院在"个人学者化、科室学科化、医院学院化"[2]理念指导下,肩负起培养基层麻醉医师,引领麻醉学科发展的重任,开辟院校合作承办麻醉理论教学。本文初步探讨了非直管附属医院开设麻醉本科教学基础、教学目标、教学实施方案及绩效。Anesthesiology became a national key second rate discipline in 1989 in the No. 12 File of the Health Ministry of China. Anesthesiology has been developing very fast in level-three comprehensive hospitals. Plenty of fundamental and clinical achievements have been obtained. Meanwhile, the refresh cycle of anesthesiology knowledge becomes shorter and shorter. However, the anesthesiology departments in level-2 hospitals have not meet the requirement of the Health Ministry because of underdeveloped constitution, lack of professional staff and medicine and insufficient equipments. The First People＇s Hospital of Yibin City initiated the combination of hospital and college to carry out the education of anesthesiology. This essay preliminarily explored the preparation of teaching un dergraduate, goal of teaching, strategy and performance.
