摘  要:以温室生长的7年生梨枣树为试材,进行了不同阶段、不同亏水程度的调亏灌溉试验,探讨调亏灌溉对梨枣树的蒸腾和光合作用的影响。试验结果表明:①梨枣树白天和晚间的茎液流变化规律明显不同,在白天呈现出不规则的开口向下的抛物线形,并且在中午出现明显的波动现象,而在夜间则有稳定的液流;②水分胁迫可减少梨枣树的光合速率和蒸腾速率,对茎液流量峰值的到来有延迟作用;③水分胁迫后复水能增大梨枣树的光合速率和蒸腾速率,但光合速率的增大幅度大于蒸腾速率的增大幅度。The pear-jujube trees with the age of 7 years in the green house were taken as the test materials. The regulated deficit irrigation tests on them at different stages and depletion levels were carried out so as to study the effect of regulated deficit irrigation on the transpiration and photosynthesis of the pear-jujube trees. The test results indicate that the variation rules of the sap flows in the pear-jujube trees during the day and the night are obviously different. During the day they exhibit an irregular inverted-U relationship and obviously fluctuate at noon, and the sap flows are stable dining the night. The water stress ean reduce the photosynthesis and transpiration rates of the pear-jujube trees, and may delay the peak value of the sap flows. Re-watering of the pear-jujube trees after water stress may raise their photosynthesis and transpiration, and the increase of the photosynthesis rate is larger than that of the transpiration rate.
