摘　　要：执行力在企业现场管理中缺失已经是一个相对普遍的现象,然而在对执行力问题的研究过程中,执行力概念的不一致性和差异性使得很多研究结果和结论很难在企业中得到普遍应用,而对概念本身认识的差异正是执行力问题研究成果和结论难以应用的源泉。文章在学术界和企业界对执行理解的基础上,从现场管理的角度整合了不同的观点,提出了一套适合企业现场管理的执行力概念框架,从而为解决企业现场管理中执行力缺失问题,提升其执行力找寻到清晰的目标,最终为企业的整体竞争力提升服务。Business execution deficiency is a prevalent phenomenon. In the process of business execution research, we find that the concept of execution is not consistent and the different concept makes many research results and conclusions unapplicable in the practice of enterprises. This paper integrates the concept of execution from the spot management perspective. It puts forward a conceptual framework of execution to settle the problem of execution deficiency. This paper has found a clear target for business execution which can facilitate the business competence.
