摘 要:种植体周围骨缺损是影响种植体成功的最主要的因素之一。研制理想的人工骨材料修复骨缺损,已经成为医学和生物材料领域的研究重点。目前植骨材料很多,如自体骨、同种异体骨、异种骨、人工骨替代材料、组织工程化骨,每种材料各有利弊。而利用各种材料的优缺点将多个材料进行复合,制作具有更好的生物相容性、骨引导性、骨诱导性、可吸收性及强度的人工复合材料是研究热点。Peri-implant bone defects is one of the most important factors that affect the success of dental implants. Developing an ideal artificial bone material to repair bone defects has become the research focus in the field of medicine and biological materials. Currently, a lot of bone graft materials such as autologous bone, allograft bone,xenograft bone, artificial bone substitutes and tissue engineering bone have their own advantages and disadvantages of each material How to use the advantages and disadvantages of the muhiple materials in order to synthetic a composite material which have the better biological compatibility, better bone guiding, better bone leading, a certain degree of absorbability and intensity. This absorbable artificial composite material is the hot spot. This paper gave a comprehensive overview of the artificial bone graft material.
