补肾活血法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展

摘　　要：探讨多囊卵巢综合征与肾虚血瘀之间的关系,就近年来补肾活血法治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床配伍疗效、促卵泡成熟及排卵、降低睾酮及促黄体生成素、降低胰岛素水平、改善胰岛素抵抗、改善血液流变学、降脂降糖、调整生殖轴药效研究进行回顾性总结。This paper evaluated the association of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in TCM theory＂ with polycystic ovary syndrome and retrospectively sununarized the clinical efficacy of promoting kidney and blood circulation treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome ,as well as described the researches on promoting follicles mature and ovulation ,lowering androgen levels ,regulating glucose metabolism and fat metabolism ,promoting blood hemorrheology,regulating insulin levels and insulin resistance and adjusting the reproductive axis efficacy.
