摘  要:硅酸铝纤维纸的导热率随渣球含量增加而增大。研究了纸张中不同渣球含量对纸张强度、匀度、导热率的影响,采用BK3300高倍显微镜下观察渣球的形态,并对其进行数理统计。研究发现,渣球粒径主要分布在53μm范围内,纸张中渣球含量低于5%时,纸张抗张指数基本不变,撕裂指数降低明显;当渣球含量小于3%时纸张匀度指数超过151%。The thermal conductivity of aluminosilicate fiber paper increases with the increasing of shot content .this paper studies how the shot of different content influences paper's strength,evenness,thermal conductivity.use BK3300 multiplication microscope to observe the shape of the shot ,and use mathematical statistics to analysis the shots ,the results shows that the particale size of shot was main distributed at 53μm, when the contents of shot are less than 5% in the paper, the tensile index of paper is basically unchanged, the tear index decline significantly, when the contents of shot are less than 5% in the paper, the evenness index exceed to 151%.
