摘　　要：企业参与政治过程近年来已经成为我国学者十分重视的课题,对这方面的研究也越来越多。过去30年间西方学术界对企业政治策略的研究涉及多学科知识,由于各学科侧重的理论知识不同,得出的研究成果也各有差异。论文对国内外有关企业政治策略的研究进行了梳理,分析了国内外有关企业政治策略研究的差异,以期对以后的研究提供理论依据。Enterprises participating in political processes has become an importance subject for Chinese scholars in recent years so that more and more researches have been done in this area. During the past 30 years, there had been broad discussions by in the western academic circles with relations to multi-disciplines; however, because of the different theoretical orientations of the variety of disciplines, different results had been yielded in the studies. This article offers a relatively systematic combing up of the research work done at home and abroad, and analyzes the differences between the domestic research work of enterprises involving in political policies and that which has been done in foreign countries with an attempt to provide a theoretical basis for future studies.
