摘 要:[目的]探索一种较好的糖尿病饮食教育形式。[方法]将120例糖尿病病人随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用相同内容和不同形式(食物模型及口头、文字、图片)对糖尿病病人进行糖尿病饮食教育。通过问卷调查及检测血糖变化,观察教育效果。[结果]在接受教育6个月后,观察组对食物的量化指标认知程度、理论知识、动手操作能力、空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖变化与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]应用食物模型进行糖尿病饮食教育,便于病人理解和实践,有利于血糖控制,是较好的饮食教育形式。Objective:To probe into a better diabetic diet education mode.Methods:A total of 120 diabetes patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly.All cases were carried out diabetic diet education on same content and with different modes of education (diet model and oral,literal,and pictorial).Then effects of health education of all cases were observed by filling out questionnaire and measuring blood glucose.Results:After 6 months of education,there was statistical significant difference between observation and control group patients in terms of quantitative indexes of foods awareness,theoretical knowledge,performance ability,fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose changes of 2 hours (P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion:Applications of diet model on diabetic diet education is conducive to control blood glucose of diabetes patients.It is easy to understand and practice for patients,and is a better diet education form for them.
