母牛分支杆菌制剂对免疫功能低下小白鼠的免疫调节作用

摘　　要：不同剂量的母牛分支杆菌制剂应用于免疫功能低下的小鼠模型,检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率。吞噬指数及脾淋巴细胞增殖率。结果显示注射不同剂量的母牛分支杆菌制剂小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率及吞噬指数明显高于未注射该制剂对照组(P<0.01),淋巴细胞增殖率也明显高于对照组(P<0.01或 P<0.05)。提示母牛分支杆菌制剂能明显激活巨噬细胞免疫功能,对脾淋巴细胞增殖有明显刺激作用,对调节及提高机体免疫应答水平是有益的,将其应用于结核病免疫治疗,是一种有前景的结核病免疫治疗制剂。The preparations of Mycobacterium vaccae of different doses were used in mice models of low immuniza- tion,peritoneal macrophages phagocytic rate,phagocytic index and Lymphocyte proliferation rate were detected.The results show that peritoneal macrophages phagocytic rate,phagocytic index and lymphocyte proliferation rate by injecting the prepa- ration groups of Mycobacterium vaccae of different doses were significantly higher than no injecting the preparation control group,it is suggested that preparations of mycobacterium vaccae can activate immune function of macrophages,stimulate lymphocyte proliferation,it is useful for regulating and enhancing immune response level of body,it will be a hopeful im- munotherapy preparation in treatment of tuberculosis.
