摘　　要：目的:建立桃红四物片的质量标准。方法:采用显微和薄层色谱进行定性鉴别,并建立了微生物限度检查法的验证。结果:定性方法简便,准确,重现性好;微生物限度方法验证的回收率均不低于70%。结论:提高后的质量标准更有效地控制该制剂的质量。Objective：To improve the quality standard of Taohongsiwu tablet.Methods：Micrescopic identification and thin-layer chromatography（TLC） and to establish the validation of the microbial limit test.Results：The identification method was simple,accurate and with good reproducibility;the validation recovery of the microbial limit test was no lower than 70%.Conclusion：The improved quality standards can control the quality of this product effectively.
