血液淋巴系统恶性肿瘤与弓形虫感染关系的研究

摘　　要：采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对４８例血液淋巴系统及１２６例其他系统恶性肿瘤患者作了弓形虫ＩｇＭ抗体及循环抗原（ＣＡｇ）的检测，前者阳性率分别为３３３３％（ＩｇＭ）、２９１７％（ＣＡｇ），后者阳性率为１９０４％（ＩｇＭ）、１５８７％（ＣＡｇ）。同时检测正常人３４例，感染率为２９４％（ＩｇＭ）、２９４％（ＣＡｇ），三者间存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。提示弓形虫感染与恶性肿瘤尤其与血液淋巴系统恶性肿瘤密切相关。ELISA was used to detect the toxoplasma IgM and CAg in 48 patients with hemolymphatic carcinoma and 126 patients with other carcinoma.The results showed that the first positive rate was 33.33%(IgM),29.17%(CAg),the second positive rate was 19.04%(IgM),15.87%(CAg),they were higher significantly than that in healthy group (2.94%IgM,2.94%CAg).The author thought that it was close realationship between carcinoma especially hemolymphatic carcinoma and toxoplasma infection.
