摘  要:目的为了进一步评价弱视治疗前后全视野图形反转视诱发电位P100波变化。方法随机选择29例(58眼)弱视儿童及30例正常儿童,两组年龄均4~12岁,采用Nomadle电生理仪进行电生理检查。结果发现弱视组PR-VEPP100振幅明显低于正常对照组;潜伏期则比正常对照组明显延长。弱视经治疗后,其视力达09~10时,PR-VEPP100潜伏期与治疗前的P100潜伏期比较明显缩短。结论弱视儿童的PR-VEPP100振幅降低,P100潜伏期延长。弱视经治疗,视力达基本正常时P100潜伏期可以逆转;Abstract Objective Electrophyology has been extensively applied in amblyopia studies. We also evaluated visual evoked potential (VEP) in amblyopia and normal children with full field pattern reversal stimulation. Methods 29 children (58 eyes) with amblyopia randombly selected from our clinic and 30 normal Children both aged 4~12 were electrophyologically examined by using Nomadle model. Results In the amblyopia group before treatment, the PR-VEP P 100 amplitude was significantly lower than that in control group (11 16±6 74μV,n=56, vs 16 78±5 55μV, n=60). The latency was signifcantly (P<0 01) prolonged in amblyopia eyes compared with control eyes (110 39±10 01ms, n=56 vs 101 81±4 38ms, n=60). Conclusion Our results indicate that the decrease of VEP amplitude and prolonged latency are well consistent with other reports and reduced visual acuity in children with amblyopia tends to aggravate VEP parameter. The latency of PR-VEP P 100 in amblyopia children can be recovered after visual acuity return to normal level by treatment, but the amplitude can not be clearly.
