摘 要:宫颈癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一。与机体遗传背景相关的基因多态性,被认为是决定人乳头瘤病毒(humanpa pilloma virus,HPV)感染后宫颈癌发病与否及预后的重要因素。单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)是指某基因中人群发生率超过1%的单碱基替换或缺失现象。本文就近年来与宫颈癌相关的单核苷酸多态性的研究进展综述如下。Cervical cancer is one of the most common types of gynecologic malignant tumors. As the key influence factor, gene polymorphism plays an important role in the susceptibility, development and prognosis of cervical cancer after human papilloma virus (HPV) infection. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) represents an alternate nucleotide in a given and defined genetic location at a frequency exceeding 1% in a given population. This paper reviewed the recent research development of single nucleotide polymorphisms in related gene of cervical cancer.
