摘　　要：CAT是一种基于项目反应理论的计算机化考试,克服了传统考试的许多缺点,能很好地促进个性化学习。文章论述了许多行之有效CAT编制应用策略,如曝光度的控制、参数优化、优化选题和最大信息量表法;同时,限于目前的技术水平,CAT的精确性、公平性及计分等问题还有待进一步解决。CAT is a computerized test based on Item Response Theory. It has overcome many disadvantages of the traditional test, and can improve personalized learning. This paper discusses a lot of effective application strategies made by CAT, such as ： the control of exposure rate parameter optimization, optical choosing of topics and maximum information scale. Meanwhile, limited by the present technology level, the exactness and fairness and scoring of CAT are waiting for further solving.
