摘　　要：本文主要介绍了我国杂粮深加工的主要形式和研究现状，简单阐述了我国杂粮的资源优势，分析了杂粮深加工业目前存在的问题，并预测了杂粮深加工业的发展趋势。In this article the present status in research and deep processing type of minor grains in China, the advantage of Chinese minor grain sources, the problems that exit in the present deep processing industry of minor grains, and the development trends were reviewed.
