摘　　要：文章考虑了具有间断流函数的单个守恒律方程,利用小扰动的方法讨论了方程的广义Riemann问题,考虑三片常状态时的初值下基本波的互相作用,得出在静态激波处必须满足的Rankine-Hugoniot条件,进一步得到相应的准确Riemann解。This paper is concerned with the scalar conservation laws with the discontinuous flux. By using small disturbance method, it discusses the generalized Riernann in the equation. It also draws attention to the interaction of the elementary waves when the initial data are in three piecewise constant states and obtains the Rankine-Hugoniot condition at the static shock and the exact Riemann solutions.
