摘  要:目的通过比较两种生长剂影响北虫草生长状况,优化选择生长剂以达到提高北虫草的栽培质量。方法在菌种接种前分别加入两种生长剂(生长剂-Ⅰ和生长剂-Ⅱ),观察菌丝铺瓶面积,转色颜色,菌蕾形成,子实体出芽时间和密度,测量子实体高度和鲜草重量。结果第30天,对照组平均出芽密度24棵,芽高3.03 cm,鲜草重量8.0 g。而实验组生长剂-Ⅰ平均出芽密度30棵,芽高4.26 cm,鲜草重量11.8 g。实验组生长剂-Ⅱ平均出芽密度44棵,芽高4.79 cm,鲜草重量14.3 g。两组实验组与对照组比较,出芽密度和芽生高度及生长剂-Ⅱ实验组的鲜草重量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论该文研究的生长剂-Ⅱ对北虫草的菌丝生长、转色、菌蕾形成、子实体出芽时间、子实体密度和子实体高度产生的影响优于生长剂-I,生长剂-Ⅱ能够达到提高北虫草的栽培质量的目的。Objective To compare the effects of two plant growth promoters on the growth of Cordyceps militaris.Methods The two plant growth promoter(-Ⅰ and –Ⅱ) were separately added into medium before Cordyceps planted.Then mycelia area in bottles,colour transformation and rimordium formation time were observed,sporophore embryo time and density were recorded,sporophore height and weight were measured.Results On the 30th day,sporophore embryo average density was 24,the average altitude was 3.03 centimetres,and the weight was 8.0 gram in control group,but sporophore embryo average density was 30,the average altitude was 4.26 centimetres,and the weight was 11.8 gram in test group(plant growth promoter-Ⅰ).Sporophore embryo average density was 44,the average altitude was 4.79 centimetres,and the weight was 14.3 gram in test group(plant growth promoter-Ⅱ).Both of test groups were marked and had the statistic significance(P0.05) compared to control group.Conclusion Plant growth promoter-Ⅱ has effects on the mycelia growth,colour transformation,rimordium formation,sporophore embryo time and density and sporophore height.Especially,that plant growth promoter-Ⅱ can heighten quality production of Cordyceps militaris and is superior to the plant growth promoter-Ⅰ.
