摘 要:目的用反相-高效液相色谱法测定生化汤各配伍组合中的阿魏酸的含量,研究不同配伍对阿魏酸溶出的影响。方法采用L8(27)正交设计法,以HPLC法测定各配伍样品中阿魏酸含量。结果川芎和甘草对生化汤中阿魏酸的溶出量具极显著的影响作用(P<0.01);川芎和桃仁、川芎和甘草的交互效应对阿魏酸的溶出量则具显著的影响作用(P<0.05);而桃仁、桃仁和甘草的交互效应、炮姜对阿魏酸的含量没有显著性影响(P>0.05)。结论生化汤中川芎明显增加生化汤中阿魏酸的溶出量,甘草及川芎和桃仁、川芎和甘草的两两交互效应可显著降低阿魏酸的含量。Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in decoctions prepared from various combinations of the recipe named Shenghua Decoction and to investigate the content changes of ferulic acid in different decoctions.Methods Content of ferulic acid in each decoction was determined by RP-HPLC with L^8(27) orthogonal design.Results Szechwan Lovage Rhizome and Liquorice Root had exceedingly significant effect on the content of ferulic acid in this decoction(P0.01);Szechwan Lovage Rhizome and Peach Seed,Szechwan Lovage Rhizome and Liquorice Root had significant effect on the content of ferulic acid in this decoction(P〈0.05);the effect of Peach Seed,Prepared Dried Ginger,Peach Seed and Liquorice Root on the content of ferulic acid was not significant.Conclusion The content of ferulic acid is increased by Szechwan Lovage Rhizome and reduced by Liquorice Root,Szechwan Lovage Rhizome and Peach Seed,Szechwan Lovage Rhizome and Liquorice Root.
