摘  要:目的为充分利用大戟科珍珠草资源,优选珍珠草有效成分总多酚的提取工艺。方法以总多酚含量考察为指标,使用超声波进行提取,采用均匀设计法对工艺条件进行优化,普鲁士蓝法进行总多酚含量测定。结果总多酚最佳提取工艺:乙醇浓度10%,提取时间90 min,液料比为10,超声功率200 W。结论该方法简单可行,可作为珍珠草总多酚的提取工艺。Objective To study an extraction technology for total polyphenols from Pearl grass of Euphorbiaceae. Methods The total polyphenol was extracted with ultrasonic wave, the extraction conditions were optimized by equality design and the content was determined by Prussian blue method. Results The optimum process of the extraction technology was ethanol 10% , time 90 minutes, the ratio of material to liquid 10 and ultrasonic power 200W. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, and can be used as the extraction process of total polyphenol from Pearl grass.
