摘 要:制造执行系统(MES)与装配CAPP(CAAPP)系统是解决制造企业产品多样性的重要手段,也是目前信息化发展的重要环节。但目前对两者之间集成的研究一直很少涉及,致使工艺设计与现场管理间不能很好衔接。阐述了MES系统与CAAPP系统间集成的必要性以及发展现状。针对MES的需求建立了以PDM为平台的CAAPP系统的体系架构,提出了可行的数据生成与交互方法。为提高CAAPP应用水平提供了有效途径。Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Assembly CAPP System (CAAPP) are the important means to solve product diversity for manufacturing enterprise, and they are now important part of the development of information technology. However, very little research has been involved to the integration between the two, which lead to bad link between process design and site management. The present state and necessary for integration between MES and CAPP was well described. According to the requirements of MES, a CAAPP system architecture based on PDM was established, moreover ,a viable method of data generation and interaction was Proposed. This is practical channel for improving application level of CAAPP.
