摘　　要：近年来,为解决中小企业贷款难的问题,人民银行通过中小企业信用体系建设工作,不断改善中小企业金融生态环境,促进中小企业健康快速发展。结合安徽省中小企业信用体系建设工作,分析当前中小企业信用体系建设中面临的难点和困境,认为应采取诸如继续加强征信宣传、加快征信立法进程、构建中小企业和担保机构外部信用评级的长效机制、搭建信贷服务平台等措施,以进一步加强中小企业信用体系建设。In recent years, in order to solve the problem of difficulties in SME financing, it＇ s necessary for the People＇s Bank of China to improve continuously the financial ecological environment for SMEs through construction of credit system for promotion of the healthy and rapid development of the SMEs. In the light of the SME credit system construction in Anhui Province, and based on an analysis on the current difficulties and hardship for construction of SMEs credit system, some measures should be taken： continuing to strengthen the credit information propaganda, speeding up the credit information legislative process, building up a long - run mechanism for external credit rating of the small and medium enterprises and guarantee agencies, setting up a credit loan services platform, etc. so as to further intensify the SME credit system construction.
