摘　　要：目的观察吞咽功能治疗仪配合针刺功能训练药物综合治疗对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法40例脑血管疾病吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组采用吞咽功能治疗仪配合针刺功能训练药物综合治疗,对照组则采用针刺常规治疗,2疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗组对照组总有效率分别为95%,70.0%二者差异有显著意义。结论吞咽功能治疗仪配合针刺功能训练药物综合治疗吞咽功能障碍得疗效优于针刺常规治疗。Objective To observe the swallowing function of acupuncture treatment instrument with an integrated functional training of drug therapy on the efficacy of post-stroke dysphagia.Methods 40 cases of dysphagia in patients with cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 20 cases,the treatment group with swallowing function functional training acupuncture treatment instrument with a comprehensive drug treatment and control group using conventional acupuncture treatment,after treatment 2.Results Efficacy of the treatment group compared the results of the control group,the total effective rate was 95%,70.0%,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Swallowing function treatment instrument with the comprehensive treatment of acupuncture functional training swallowing dysfunction drugs were more effective than conventional treatment with acupuncture.
