摘 要:为探讨抗凋亡基因bcl-2及转移抑制基因nm23对乳腺癌生物学行为的影响,对乳腺癌40例进行了免疫组化检测。结果表明,bcl-2表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、有无淋巴结转移无关,而与乳腺癌组织学分级呈负相关,高、中分化组bcl-2表达率高于低分化组(P=0.0041)。nm23低表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),也与乳腺癌低分化有关(P=0.0076)。bcl-2与nm23表达呈正相关。bcl-2影响乳腺癌的分化,而nm23除抑制肿瘤转移外,也与分化程度有关。乳腺癌中,bcl-2和nm23共同表达可能代表恶性程度较低的一种类型。The expression of bcl 2 and nm23 in 40 cases of human breast cancer were observed by immunohistochemical technique LSAB method. There was no significant correlation between bcl 2 expression and patient age, tumor size, or lymph node status. However, a significant inverse correlation was found between bcl 2 expression and histological grade. Low nm23 expression was associated with lymph node metastasis and high tumor grade. nm23 and bcl 2 expression are correlated. bcl 2 can affect breast cancer cells differentiation,nm23 may have effect on tumor cell differentiation as well as on metastasis.
