摘　　要：针对地方院校图书馆在馆藏文献资源建设中存在的一些问题,提出了面向用户,改进馆藏设置建设,开发利用馆藏资源调整文献资源建设思路,走虚拟馆藏与实物馆藏相结合的道路.The paper has pointed out some problems in resource constnlction in local university libraries and put forward suggestions that a library should combine virtual collection with actual collection, adjust the idea of resource collection and ensure the demand of the vast majority of users with infinite funds.
