摘　　要：企业IT治理和规划是企业在作业、管理和经营等各环节和层次利用计算机网络等现代信息技术,不断提高作业、经营、管理和决策能力,从而提高企业产品的市场竞争力和利润水平。本文从概念上表述了IT治理及规划,并进行了简单的论述。Enterprise IT governance and planning is enterprises using computer network, and other modern information technology in all aspects and levels in production, management, and operations to improve operations, operation, management and decision-making ability continuously, thereby enhance the market competitiveness and profits of enterprise products. This paper describes the conception of IT governance and planning, and makes a simple illustration.
