高校学生干部“以考代训”培养考核模式探索与思考

摘　　要：高校学生干部队伍建设是学生教育管理工作的重要内容之一。近年来,随着高校扩招和受学生整体素质下滑的影响,学生干部队伍出现了若干问题。笔者通过探索实践,实施了"以考代训"学生干部培养考核模式,有效地激发了学生干部的工作热情和积极性,尽管作为一项尝试仍有需要完善的地方,但其对于学生干部队伍建设具有一定的推广价值。Student＇s cadre contingent construction is one of important educational management work. In recent years, with the University＇s expansion and their students＇ overall quality downturn, the student cadres appear a number of issues. Through exploration and practice to implement the ＂test for the student training＂ assessment model, the author effectively stimulates the student cadres＇ work enthusiasm and initiative, although as an attempt to still need improvement, but the student＇s cadre ranks as a marketing value.
