内镜下金属夹止血联合肾上腺素液局部黏膜注射治疗Dieulafoy病18例

摘　　要：目的观察内镜下金属夹止血联合肾上腺素液局部黏膜注射治疗Dieulafoy病所致上消化道出血的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2003年7月～2008年10月我院收治的18例Dieulafoy病患者的临床特征、内镜下表现及治疗方法。结果所有患者均在内镜下止血成功,未发生穿孔等严重并发症,随访半年无复发。结论金属夹钳夹止血联合肾上腺素液局部黏膜注射治疗是Dieulafoy病出血有效的内镜治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical value of endoscopic hemoclip homeostasis in combination with epinephrin injection therapy for gastrointestinal hemorrhage induced by Dieulafoy disease. Methods Reviewed and analyzed the clinical features, endoscopic examination and therapies of 18 cases with Dieulafoy＇ s lesion from july 2003 to October 2008. Results All of cases were successful homeostasis used endoscopic hemostasis therapy. No serious complications including perforation occurred. No rebleeding occurred during half year follow- up. Conclusion Hemoclip hemostasis in combination with injecting therapy of epinephrin is the effective method for gastrointestinal bleeding due to Dieulafoy＇ s lesion.
