摘　　要：百色起义精神是构建和谐校园的强大精神动力,要把百色起义精神与构建和谐校园的实践结合起来。"实事求是",培育求真务实的学风、教风和校风;"大胆创新",积极培养创新型人才;"坚定信念",帮助大学生树立远大理想和正确的世界观、人生观;"百折不挠",全面推进素质教育,增进大学生战胜困难的勇气和信心;"团结奋斗",营造团结和谐、积极向上的校园人际关系;"自强不息",培育符合时代特征的民族精神。The spirit of Bose Uprising is a strong spiritual motive force in constructing a harmonious campus. Thus it is a need to combine its spirit with the construction of the harmonious campus. Its practical and realistic working style will help the campus cultivate the truthful and realistic learning spirit, teaching spirit, and school spirit; its bold innovation spirit will help the campus cultivate innovating talents; its firm beliefs will help the college students foster their lofty ideal and ac- quire their correct outlooks of world and life; its indomitable spirit will enhance students＇ courage and confidence to overcome difficulties, and thus will push quality education forwards comprehensively; its spirit of solidarity and militancy will be an example for the building of the united, harmonious and positive interpersonal relationship on campus; its self-improvement spirit will rear national spirit that is consistent with characteristics of the times.
