摘　　要：“校企合作，工学结合”职业教育模式的开展受到经济、政府、企业、教育体制机制、职业教育规律与特点等多方面因素的影响，是各种因素综合作用的结果。我们可以从我国职教历史与国外成功职教模式汲取办学经验，综合调控各类影响因素，优化“校企合作，工学结合”职教模式。Various factors have integrated influence on School - Enterprise Cooperation and Work - Study Combined Education mode, such as economy, government, enterprise, education mechanism, the discipline and features of vocational education etc.. We can learn from foreign successful vocational education mode and the history of China vocational education, regulate various influential factors so as to optimize the mode of School - Enterprise Cooperation and Work -Study Combined Education.
