摘　　要：由TE波的波动方程出发,根据麦克斯韦方程和边界条件,推出三层介质平板波导中的电场分布.再根据这些关系求出电场在y方向的导数表达式,并得到导波层TE波的转移矩阵和模式本征方程.From the wave equation of TE wave and the boundary conditions of the electro - magnetic field, An expression of the magnetic field in the three - layer plane waveguide and the derivative expression of the Magnetic field in the direction of y are obtained . And the transfer matrix and the mode eigenvalue equation Of TE wave in waveguide layer are derived .
