摘 要:本实验从工业废水混合菌种中分离筛选出细菌,培养后对其驯化,以提高处理废水的能力。在细菌的分离纯化过程,使用平板分离法,选择适合于待分离微生物的生长条件,如营养、酸碱度、温度和氧气等条件或加入某种抑制剂造成只利于目的微生物生长而抑制其它微生物生长的环境,从而淘汰一些杂菌。结合显微镜检测个体形态特征后才能确定目的菌株。分离出的细菌经液体培养基扩大培养后,加入工业废水中进行驯化,定期测其CODC r值。Bacteria are separated from mix microorganisms of processing industrial wastewater,after being raised they are domesticated in order to improve the ability to process industrial wastewater.Plate separation method is used in the process of bacteria's separation and purification,the microorganism in good growing condition like nutrition,pH,temperature and oxygen can grow.When some inhibitor is added to suppress other microorganism,the aim microorganism can also grow.The aim bacteria can be determined by combining microscope to detect individual form and characteristic so as to eliminate some mixed bacteria.After being raised in liquid medium,the bacteria are added to industrial wastewater for domestication and the CODCr value of industrial waste need to be measured regularly.
