摘　　要：Genistein是来源于豆类植物,与雌激素结构类似的异黄酮类化合物。目前研究证实,genistein对肿瘤、心血管疾病、骨质疏松、糖尿病、皮肤病等疾病的发生有一定的预防和治疗作用。该文就genistein的来源和种类、生物学功能及其作用机制的最新研究进展予以综述,并对genistein的应用前景进行了展望。Genistein is an isoflavones compound from soybean,sharing structural features with estrogen.Recent studies confirmed that genistein has prevention and treatment effects on the diseases such as cancer,cardiovascular disease,osteoporosis,diabetes,and dermatologic disease.The current research advance on its sources,kinds,biological function and the mechanisms of genistein were summarized in this paper.At last,some prospects of its application have been put forward.
