摘　　要：内镜超声是医学内镜技术和高频超声技术结合的产物,其应用已从最初单纯的诊断工具,演化为一种很有前途的介入治疗工具,内镜超声引导下针对肿瘤的介入性治疗技术是目前消化道内镜超声临床应用发展的热点之一,包括内镜超声引导下细针注射治疗、内镜超声引导消融治疗、内镜超声引导下光动力学治疗、内镜超声引导下基因治疗、内镜超声引导下放射性粒子植入等。Endoscopic ultrasonography（EUS）,which has developed from a simple diagnostic instrument to a promising tool for the interventional treatment,is the product of the integration of medical endoscopy and high-frequency ultrasonography.Currently,the EUS-guided interventional therapy for gastrointestinal tumors is one of the highlights of the gastrointestinal EUS clinical practice,including EUS-guided fine needle injection,EUS-guided ablation,EUS-guided photodynamic therapy,EUS-guided gene therapy,EUS-guided implantation of radiation seeds and so on.
